New Hamburg Train Station

Home

Along the Hudson River Corridor, the freight lines travel along the Western shore, and the MTA passenger trains are on the Eastern shore.  Near Wappingers Falls and the Town of Wappinger, there's the New Hamburg train station.  The main line heads through a large cut out section of the mountain, and there's a tunnel to the right.  Maybe a few hundred feet long with a big hole in the center where a stream empties into.
